At Bulb, we want your home to shine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all lighting fixtures and home decor items in their original packaging. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we make the exchange and return process simple and transparent.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bulb account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging with all internal protective padding to ensure the delicate components are not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
